We have around a dozen people using the web admin interface and I see a
couple of them regularly causing that message. Haven't noticed any
problmes
I think it's more to do with the browser functionality(Java engine).
Try changing browsers and see if it stops.

I am trying to configure the online backup for the DB2 UDB EE Database for
Windows NT. I have configured the LOGRETAIN ON and USEREXIT ON for all
databases at my instance and I tried to use the following command at the
db2cmd prompt:

Your actlog messages include message ANR0919E, which is an indicator of
the problem. Look up the message in the TSM Messages manual (or issue HELP
ANR0919E from the Admin CLI) for information about this message and what
to do about it.

In Windows you have two options:
1. Backup "System Object". Read carefully - it is singular not plural. All
binaries + DLLs + registry + (optional) other system components = (one)

We used caching at our site until just recently. When we turned it off, we
saw about a 15% improvement in our disk to tape copies/migrations. So, to
answer your question, it speeds up restores, but it slows down daily
processing. At least that's been my experience with it.

Your situation is similar to one I had when I first took over Administrating our TSM.
the PCT Migr is the Percent that can be migrated. This is lower than the 70 percent
High Migration Threshold. Therefore no migration can take place.
To get some space back, set the high and low to 0 and let
Disable the Windows device driver for tapes.
ADSMSCSI driver is run before native Windows driver and is grabbing the
drives. Windows driver is run when plug-n-pray detects a change.

This is quite dissicult to pinpoint. To rule out the drive - swap the two
drives in the library, and set drive 2 offline in tsm, and test operation.
If the drive is ok, there is a number of things to check -
