This may sound like a stupid question. However, for a not yet licensed copy
of TDP for Oracle under AIX should I expect database backups to tape to be
ok and restores to fail. This is the problem I am currently experiencing.

- create the necessary ODBC configuration to access the TSM database.
- test the connectivity on the server system.
- install the current ActiveState Perl release and upgrade the ODBC
