filesets involved here.One of them couldn't be installed, which is
tivoli.tsm.devices.fcprte.3.7.3.8 because the requsite which is the same

Yes, NT 4.0 only support a window size of 64KB-1byte. Change
your window size to 63 and it should work for you.

To verify the NT service is having a problem with the space in 'Program Files' do:
- go to program / administrative tools / NT diagnostics
- select the services tab
- double click on you TSM Scheduler service
- verify the pathname has not been truncated

We had a similar problem and the cause was the space in the Program files dir name. We
used the DOS name in the service defs (PROGRA~1). Look at the properties of the
Program Files folder to verify the DOS name.

There was an APAR (IC27695) opened against TDPO. If there is 'dirmc'
option entry defined in your dsm.sys file, TSM API core dump. It is fixed
in the PTF coming out very soon. So if you have that entry in your

If you only have 24M of disk space on your Lotus Domino
transaction log drive, you probably have bigger problems
heading your way. You need to find a way to clear up space
or increase the disk in size.
Make sure you are backing up your transaction logs frequently
with the DOMDSMC ARCHIV

I've had this problem and found if I go into the registry and double the
double quotes around the service name, ""TSM SQL SCHEDULER"" it then works.
This is a NT SP problem fix but I have seen it return even though the SP is
installed.
