few easy comments:
Section 2: The way to avoid an error by idnits is to say: "described in
BCP 14 [RFC2119] [RFC8174]" where the two RFCs in [] are linked.
Section 3.1.2:
Hi all,
First of all apologies for not being able to show up at IETF119, as I'm
sure you'll understand, presenting from the hospital isn't really an option.
This is just a reminder to please share your comments/thoughts/criticisms
