Controller upgrade has been completed. I also verified that live migration
finally works on aarch64! Please let me know if you have any issues
stemming from this upgrade.

I have completed the upgrades on all hypervisor nodes. I am now starting
the upgrade on the controller node and expect this to take approximately
one hour to finish. Actual downtime should be around 30 minutes if all goes
well.
