I was just trying to look up some 9p2000 details, and that part of the Plan 9
website seems to be out of order. Is there any special reason for the 'man
pages' link on http://plan9.bell-labs.com/plan9/ to yield a 'Forbidden' error
message, and the couple links below there t

yeah that sums it up pretty much perfectly :|
it's funny how 9p is a lot smaller (as a protocol and for implementing) and it
could be used for just about the same stuff... if it would at least have had
the courtesy of solving a new problem...

I'm betting on the usual treatment with pitchforks and torches... then again,
linus' speciality is filesystems, so we might just see some heavy flaming
