This might as well explain the fact 9atom users don't experience the
problem: local cursor is redrawn sooner than bit
the patch carries over the condition flags into all
the emulated instructions in the linker.
i dont think this will work as intended because after returning
from _div, the condition flags should have been modified no?
or does BL somehow preserve the flags?
i'm no arm expert...

Yes of course, what was I thinking? I'll delete the patch and

After three weeks with the mouse, I feel like I have accustomed myself
to it. I didn't expect myself to require this much time for
accommodation; in the first 10 days the mouse felt really alien in my
hands, but now I'm fine.
