[9fans] Create HTML pages

Hi,  I wanted to ask if there is a "Plan9 way" to create simple HTML pages. Would this possibly be doable with troff, or is there for example a way to convert Markdown? Since my intention would be a very simple blog, it would also be possible to just create the pages directly in HTML using acme
