i have made a number of small improvements to the 9atom install.
- amd64: ohci machines should no longer crash
- amd64: fix crash with some very slow machines in the timer interrupt.
- 386/pae: installer should now work (but it will install amd64)
- dhcp timeout should be 32s not 300s. still think
