[zfs-discuss] problem interpreting build_live_dvd.conf.sample file

Hi,
I am trying to build a Live DIstro for a particular tool using Open Solaris 
LiveMedia kit. I am experiencing problems in interpreting the 
Build_live_dvd.conf.sample file present in the kit.
I have attached a file which gives the details of what i have tried and my 
problems...
I request for help and hints for solving my problems.

Directory in which to build DVD
# If you wish to use a ZFS dataset to contain the build process,
# set PREFIX_DATASET to the name of the dataset, which will be created
# if it doesn't exist already.  Otherwise, just set PREFIX to a path
# which will be created.
#
#PREFIX_DATASET=space/live56

[zfs-discuss] creating pool on slice which is mounted

--- If i run the command zpool create   <7th slice> (shown above 
which is mounted as home), will it cause any harm to the existing contents in 
home.
