starting the _dashboard:

RuntimeError: Failure to connect, tried 5 times:
[...]
sqlite3.OperationalError: unable to open database file
[...]

2019-07-07 Thread mostwanted
At one point in the past there was this conversation
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/web2py/LVrtF2q27JI Whatever
happened to it? It would be nice to own a web2py apparel.
Is it in the plans or does it exist & I just don't know about it?

[web2py] Re: T-Shirts web2py

2019-07-07 Thread Massimo Di Pierro
There is nothing "official". I once made t-shirts and hats for a conference.
There are many sites that make them on demand. Even if I own the copyright,
I do not mind if you print your own or even sell them (as long as they are
not offensive)

[web2py] Problems with websocket_messaging

2019-07-07 Thread Ali Mhrez
I followed the video of Mr Bruno Rocha to implement simple websocket, the
controller is very simple:
@auth.requires_login()
def index():
form = SQLFORM(Post, formstyle='divs')
if form.process().accepted:
websocket_send('http://127.0.0.1:', 'hello', 'mykey', 'mygroup')
pass
messages = db(Post).select(orderby=~Post.created_on)
return dict(form=form, messages=messages)

and in the view:

   $(document).ready(function(){
  if(!$.web2py.web2py_websocket('ws://127.0.0.1:/realtime/mygroup',
function(e){alert(e.data)}))

 alert("html5 websocket not supported by your browser, try Google
Chrome");
   });

but when i open the view the server prints exceptions showed in the
error_log file.
Any Help Please??
