VNC Server off when I log off

Hi everyone,
I'm using VNC 4.1.2 free edition on windows xp Pro Ver 2002 SP2

I registered VNC Service

I have 2 windows account (admin & user). When Windows starts,I login as 
admin and VNC Service is up & running. I can use VNC viewer from another 
computer.
But when I log off admin and swicth to user, VNC Service is off and I'm no 
longer able to view from another computer.


How to set up so that VNC Service will keep up & run eventhough I log off 
and switch user

How to create combination of key

Dear all,
When I use vnc viewer to view another computer, how to send a combination of 
keys Ctrl-Alt-Shift-F6?

Is it possible to create combination of key at VNC?

How to create key combination at Real VNC

Dear all,
When I use vnc viewer (computer A) to view another computer (computer B), 
how to send a combination of keys Ctrl-Alt-Shift-F6 to computer B?


Is it possible to create key combination at VNC (like the one that currently 
RealVNC has Ctrl-Alt-Del)? Right now when I press Ctrl-Alt-Shift-F6, 
computer A is the one who respond to the key combination, not computer B.
