RE: Red Hat Enterprise only allow 16 connection on inetd mode
Hi Alexandre, Sorry, I'm afraid I'm confused! Are you saying it now works, or that you're seeing some other problem? RE: Red Hat Enterprise only allow 16 connection on inetd mode
James, Sorry my bad english :) It worked, very fine But as you know more than I, after the 30th connection the system became unstable, and this was my test, see how many connections the machine I have here would handle. But your suggestion worked very, very, very, fine. Thank you so much! Make sure you have at least 4.1.2 or newer. Starting with 4Make sure you have at least 4.1.2 that has FIXED security vulnerabily .1.2 (released about May 2006) a security vulnerabily was fixed per: http://www.realvnc.com/products/free/4.1/release-notes.html -- Hope this helps, Bill Day P.S. Also, can anyone recommend a silent installer method as described last in 2003 at http://www.realvnc.com/pipermail/vnc-list/2003-March/038245.html Currently, I don't see any *.msi available in download area: the vnc-4_1_2-x86_win32.zip file simply contains vnc-4_1_2-x86_win32.exe ___ VNC-List mailing list VNC-List@realvnc.com To remove yourself from the list visit: http://www.realvnc.com/mailman/listinfo/vnc-list
VNC viewer and cd/thumb/flash/usb drive
VNC Viewer (only) does not appear to be an installed program. (1)With that being true, can the viewer (only) be installed on a CD/USB drive and used successfully? (2)If so, what would the user have to input into the Server field to connect to a computer running VNC Server? ___ VNC-List mailing list VNC-List@realvnc.com To remove yourself from the list visit: http://www.realvnc.com/mailman/listinfo/vnc-list
