Not that it matters but I have a (semi-cheap) arm64 box with roughly
25 PCIe cards attached currently and no GPU anywhere in the system.

So again, could someone how knows comment on the state of art please?

If you copy over /usr/bin/ld.so from glibc 2.40 into an older distribution
(without replacing the installed /usr/bin/ld.so on the older distribution),
does “ld.so --list-diagnostics” work? If so, please attach its output.
