[vdr] segfault during of switchning between hdtv channels

2008-10-03 Thread Goga777
Hi

with the latests xine-lib-1.2/ffmpeg/xineliboutput I very often have the
h264-segfault during of switching between ORF
(720p - channel with progressive video) and Astra HD, Anixe HD (1080i
channels). Has somebody the same problem ?

[vdr] for ffmpeg-devels needs the problem h.264 samples

2008-10-03 Thread Goga777
let's improve ffmpeg together !

https://roundup.mplayerhq.hu/roundup/ffmpeg/msg3397

A few notes:
Bug reports are very important. Reports about bugs in H264 are especially
important: H264 is an important codec, and it might not be so much tested, since
it's newer than most other important codecs.
So, reports about wrong decoding (of valid streams), crashes (both in valid and
invalid streams) and of misdetection (both in valid and in corrupted streams)
are important and very helpful.
Reports about A/V de-synchronisation are also very important, if the stream was
tested on a fast enough CPU core an a fast enough computer (very difficult for
H264 HDTV streams)

Carl Eugen Hoyos

If someone doesn't want to send bugreport to ffmpeg bugzilla. you can send the
problem h264-sample to me (no more than 10
MB). I will resend it to bugzilla
