[vchkpw] vdelivermail Seg Faults
Hi, I am running vpopmail 5.2.1 on FreeBSD 4.7. It works fine, but whenever I add a forwarding address to a local account, eg &[EMAIL PROTECTED] in .qmail file, vpopmail segfaults and core dumps the vdelivermail.core in the user's Maildir. in the log: 2003-01-31 10:11:55.183798500 delivery 136: deferral: lseek_errno=29/vdelivermai l_in_free():_warning:_chunk_is_already_free/Segmentation_fault_(core_dumped) / 2003-01-31 10:11:55.184619500 status: local 0/10 remote 0/20 2003-01-31 10:13:36.192645500 starting delivery 137: msg 22060 to local 2003-01-31 10:13:36.193313500 status: local 1/10 remote 0/20 2003-01-31 10:13:36.277329500 delivery 137: deferral: lseek_errno=29/vdelivermai l_in_free():_warning:_chunk_is_already_free/Segmentation_fault_(core_dumped) / 2003-01-31 10:13:36.278155500 status: local 0/10 remote 0/20 When I delete the local account and create forward alias, it works fine. forwards on local accounts using .qmail file doesn't! However using vacation function in qmailadmin 1.o.6 works fine. It's the forwarding is causing this problems? Any ideas? Ta,

Re: [vchkpw] restrict postmaster to a domain in vqadmin
But using qmailadmin the postmaster of the domain can't handle user quota under his domain. I want to give "setting user quota facility" to the postmaster of the domain. which is possible with vqadmin only. Re: [vchkpw] restrict postmaster to a domain in vqadmin
I think it would be a good feature for qmailadmin, setting a maxquota on .qmailadmin-limits and postmaster could change quota for all users under domain with maxquota limitation. Seriously. This is a good feature! We need to at least mention it! O K i am agreed with u that vqadmin is only meant for administrator. Then, what is the patch for qmailadmin to solve my problem, and from where i can get it? So that the postmaster of the domain can set the user quota. Manish Jain On Fri, 2003-01-31 at 22:17, Jesse Guardiani wrote: > I see. Ask on the qmailadmin list. Someone there is bound to have it. -- Jesse Guardiani, Systems Administrator WingNET Internet Services, P.O. [vchkpw] Suggestions for qmailadmin quota
Hi guys, I would like to know if there is a way to enable quota editing only for specific domains. Let see I want jon.com allow the postmaster to be able to assign quota but I do not want to allow quota editing to mario.com. In addition is there a way that I can assign a global quota to a domain, I do not really care if the domain is going to have 1 account or 100 accounts as long as they are in the quota settings. Thanks, REMO
