There are kde x11 packages that you can install, but it is left for the user to do all the hard work of figuring out what needs to be done. KDE and rumors
Hi All, I just tested a program to see how it would react to the Wayland only environment of KDE. From what little I saw of KDE, I could not help but notice that KDE is really polished. It would be a good choice for moderate and above users. MATE is still the best choice for low skill user. I heard a rumor that Fedora may be switching over to KDE. Can anyone confirm or deny the rumor? My vote is that it would be a good thing.
