Change Next DNF Mirror

Hi,
    How do I change the mirror that DNF is going to try to use for a 
particular repository so I can avoid the following messages, which have 
been occurring for the last two days?

Do other mirrors work?  That looks like a local error on your system.  I 
don't see how that would be anything to do with the mirror.  Is your 
disk full?
