And Amazon are really good about replacing a handset if necessary.

Mine got bricked by an over the air update and they sent a new one
immediately, telling me to return the faulty one free of charge in the
packaging after it arrived.

As someone in work put it, you can have great customer service *or* a
company that pays UK tax... :-(

[ubuntu-uk] Well done PC World -linux savvy at last

Yesterday I went to my local PC World to buy a [cheap] USB connected &
with own power supply external disk bay that takes both SATA & IDE
disks. Object achieved - and cheap!

Full props to PC World salesperson as when I realised my usual Linux man
had left, I had ask a random salesperson etc he didn't baulk at the
word "Linux" or "Ubuntu" - he simply proved his knowledge and answered
my questions perfectly.

Well done PC World Cheltenham.
