[Ubuntu-manual] Quickshot problems

Hello,

I'm Jörn and Lubuntu-QA member for a few weeks. Phill asked me if I could help 
with a python tool which doesn't works the way it should. He wasn't sure if the 
Quickshot-project on Launchpad was the right one, or if there are forks and 
stuff. 

Can you tell me the direction? Hope I can help you :-)

I saw this issue as wishlist item on the bug tracker. Phill said me, Quickshot 
is more or less broken, so this has a very low priority. Please collect bugs 
and wishes on the tracker, so I won't forget it :-)

I'll test the app later this day and look what's to be done.
