How to config vnc4server on Ubuntu 18.04?

May I ask for help?
I'm try to use VNC viewer to Connect vncserver on Ubuntu 18.04. Following is my 
xstartup File, It doesnt work. 
It works on Ubuntu 16.04. I don't know how to modify it.
Can you help me?

canon printer driver can't work on ubuntu

I have a printer of canon, LBP7200cdn,

I download driver linux-capt-drv-v271-uken, and install it on ubuntu 14.04,

start ccpd by command : service ccpd start

then, I print test page,

but it coudn't work, can you help me?

Hello,

We have been receiving, every so often, emails like the above to the
mailing list; since the OP is not registered, they end up in the
moderation queue.

I would like to know if the ML admins should release such emails to the
ML, or just block the OP.
