[Bug 885008] Re: Openjdk crashing Eclipse when changing from default workspace

2012-06-03 Thread polarwinkel
Same thing here with a fresh Kubuntu 12.04, see error log. Crashes every
time when changing workspace.

Home-partition is aes-encryptet, maybe that relates?

[Bug 885008] Re: Openjdk crashing Eclipse when changing from default workspace

2012-06-03 Thread polarwinkel
Workaround: Change Workspace manually in config file
~home/.eclipse/org.eclipse.platform_3.7.0_155965261/configuration/.settings/org.eclipse.ui.ide.prefs

in my case to
RECENT_WORKSPACES=/home/[~home]/It/JavaWorkspace

[Bug 1875475] Re: Unison from Ubuntu 20.04 is incompatible with Unison from Ubuntu 18.04, Windows or Mac OS X

2021-09-01 Thread polarwinkel
As a different workaround you can also get the
[Ubuntu20.04-Version](https://ubuntu.pkgs.org/20.04/ubuntu-universe-
amd64/unison_2.48.4-4ubuntu1_amd64.deb.html):

`wget
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/u/unison/unison_2.48.4-4ubuntu1_amd64.deb`

and install that one on your other system (tested on Debian Bullseye):

`sudo dpkg -i unison_2.48.4-4ubuntu1_amd64.deb`
