[Bug 204519] Re: Cursor movement but no contact/pressure detection on Aiptek USB tablet
I also have this problem with the Aiptek xorg driver and a Trust TB-4200 (rebadged Aiptek 12000U). As reports wacdump shows the pressure on the event device, however, xidump shows no pressure returned by the xorg driver for the stylus. -- Cursor movement but no contact/pressure detection on Aiptek USB tablet https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/204519 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 257651] [NEW] Aiptek tablet driver for xorg doesn't support the mouse wheel
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-input-aiptek Please add support for the Mouse wheel to the Aiptek. The mouse wheel on a Trust TB-4200 (Aiptek 12000U rebadge) causes strange behaviour, not scrolling. In the source to xserver-xorg-input-aiptek-1.1.1 in function xf86AiptekHIDReadInput in file src/xf86Aiptek.c the comments state there is no support for ABS_WHEEL and REL_WHEEL events. While the events are accepted for input the driver does not generate keypresses for mouse wheel activity as the wacom driver does in wcmCommon.c . Problem exists in Unbuntu 8.04 LTS Hardy Heron. [Bug 84486] vm for emacs21 ignores variable user-mail-address
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: vm In Edgy using vm (as shipped) installed with GNU Emacs 21.4.1 the variable user-mail-address is not honored. That is if the following line: (setq user-mail-address "[EMAIL PROTECTED]") is added to .emacs or .vm or both then when the user does a send mail ( C-c C-c ) the mail is sent with the default email address not the customised one. [Bug 548992] Re: Wireless connection frequently drops [deauthenticating by local choice (reason=3)]
I had what I thought was this problem. However, I found that by resetting my AP the problem went away for a day or so (a Linksys WAG54GS). A month ago I changed ISP upgrading to an ADSL2 service and consequently installed a new router/AP (HUAWEI HG532). I've not had the problem appear since. I don't know if this is significant or not YMMV. -- Wireless connection frequently drops [deauthenticating by local choice (reason=3)] https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/548992 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
