Not sure if this is the same bug, but I'm having problems with kernel 2.6.24-17-generic and a Quickcam express plus which lsusb identifies as ID 046d:092f Logitech, Inc. QuickCam express Plus Doing a dmesg shows that at 3 points during boot: /build/buildd/linux-ubuntu-modules-2.6.24-2.6.24/debian/build/build-generic/media/gspcav1/gspca_core.c: init isoc: usb_submit_urb(0) ret -28 Also, motion is very jerky in Kopete and Camstream doesn't show anything apart from an initial image when I start it up. I've figured out the cause of the error, the devices I was trying to use were USB2.0 and for some reason the motherboard doesn't support USB2.
