[Bug 1596712] [NEW] Buy button doesnt get updated quickly enough after purchase
Public bug reported: I entered my paypal details and finished the purchase. It took me back to the app screen, which still showed the green buy button with the price. Out of curiosity I tapped on it and it took me to restart the purchasing process: I cancelled it (would need to find out what would happen if I entered my details again) and it took me back to the app screen. This time the button said "in progress" but eventually it failed - the payment appears as authorised (I guess it's in the 15 minutes window for refunds). When I go back to control the app in the store, it appears as Purchased and is available to install - wonder why failed the first time turbo r114 ** Affects: pay-service (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1596712 Title: Buy button doesnt get updated quickly enough after purchase To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pay-service/+bug/1596712/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1320920] Re: Apps scope sort order is confusing
I'd love to see something that each user can choose - maybe with options such as "default sorting", "alphabetical", " most used first", "user defined". I know that there's no choice that will make everyone happy, maybe not even one solution that will make one person happy all the time. By being able to select how apps are sorted - and as Jamie, I'm mostly thinking about Installed apps mainly-, you can solve different needs in different situations. Maybe, for everyday I'll use "most used app first". When I install something new, instead of searching it the first time, I can switch to default view, so I can easily find it. If I find myself changing the views a lot I might want to choose "user defined", in which case an option to copy the current sorting to a custom user defined sort would be sweet - something like this sorting *almost* does the trick, but I need to tweak it a bit, and not having to manually sort a lot of apps the first time to leave it configured as desired. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1320920 Title: Apps scope sort order is confusing To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-ux/+bug/1320920/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1630336] [NEW] NM doesn't scan for wifi networks after hibernation

[Bug 1419803] Re: Update download would not resume after lost and regained network connection
I tried yesterday that I saw a new update to start downloading, and turn off Wifi. Then I enabled wifi again, and the file was there (no clue if it had been already downloaded or if finished there). It now won't install, even if it offers to install and asks if it's ok to reboot (i.e. I say yes, and then... nothing happens). In the end, I added the new network by hand, which worked and got me connected, but it was annoying. [Bug 1407928] Re: [phone] Does not auto-switch to available, known WiFi
I'm on rc-proposed with arale, and last Sunday this happened: - I'm on my cellular network - In the morning I go to a place that offers free wifi. I connect to it. - I leave this place, change city, go back home (with its own known wifi network) at night - I sleep over the night - The morning after (Monday morning) I want to check a video; before that I want to make sure I'm on wifi. I pulled down the wifi indicator and I see I'm still "connected" to the wifi of the place where I had breakfast the day before - My home's wifi is in the list (!) so I just choose it and it connects. I'm not sure if the phone was indeed connected to my ap but displaying something else, or if it wasn't connected at all.
