Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor I'm using USB modem for network connection. Since I upgrade to 9.04 the applet on desktop to monitoring network displays every time 0bytes/s up- or download. When I open the monitor system, the graphic of the history of network traffic is ok, and show the real traffic. I don't try using the suggested command becouse the latest version of NW-E00X_MP3_File_Manager, the 0.17, don't overused my CPU. But it still exist problems about write access on my MP3 key, that I solve using a other java program : http://dfn.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/symphonic/JSymphonic_0.1.1beta.zip So you can close the bug that probably due to the .jar program and not to sun java jre6. Public bug reported: To use my Sony MP3 key, I try to run "NW-E00X_MP3_File_Manager-0.12.jar" (see sourceforge) to transfer my music. I choose run with Sun java 6 runtime. My hardisk sound like intense reading, my CPU fan increase his action. On system monitor : java is "au repos" mean sleep in french and use 14% of my CPU and 24.5 Mio of memory and that during hours (I try !).
