[Bug 48250] Re: Joe segfaults when editing HTML
I've moved on to edgy, but a friend still has dapper on another machine. He was able to reproduce the bug. When I had him run it in gdb and "thread apply all bt" after the crash, there were no symbols. He rebuild the package with debugging symbols but then was unable to reproduce the bug. :-) I too am unable to reproduce this in edgy. -jag -- Joe segfaults when editing HTML https://launchpad.net/bugs/48250 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

The file I have attached is a demonstration of this. killall tpb Finally, to make the program run on startup, navigate through the menu System->Preferences->Sessions and add a new startup program. I did almost exactly what was written above, but used Ubuntu packages rather than downloading the source code for fwcutter and compiling that. NOTE: This driver will only work on Linux kernel 2.6.24 or older. To find out what kernel version you have, type `uname -r` into a terminal.
