Did not see, it had to do with perl - I seem to have messed up my perl environment after compiling perl myself. For me this does not only happen when applications are draged to the launcher. Tuxguitar and Shotwell never show in the launcher, whereas the behavior is different. When I go backt to the Dash and klick on the icon, in the case of Shotwell the already open window shows. Tuxguitar however opens a new window. This means, whenever I have a Tuxguitar window in the back, it stays there.
