At FOSDEM Jesse Barnes gave a talk "Intel BayTrail graphics overview", on one slide he mentioned an "external DP" bug they've fixed. I guess he meant (was to dumb to ask): drm/i915: vlv: fix DP PHY lockup due to invalid PP sequencer setup http://cgit.freedesktop.org/~danvet/drm-intel/commit/?h=drm-intel-fixes&id=2cac613 I've wondered if it's related to this bug. So, I've tested the current drm-intel-fixes branch (including this commit).
