[Bug 1779721] Re: systemd-networkd does not configure DHCPv4
This is not really a bug in systemd-networkd. It just adheres more strictly to the standard. In this case the DHCP server doesn't send the Option 51 "IP Address Lease Time" in the DHCPOFFER. RFC2131 declares this a MUST (see Table 3: Fields and options used by DHCP servers). I encountered a similar problem where a DHCP server doesn't send the "Server identifier" option. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1779721 Title: systemd-networkd does not configure DHCPv4 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/netplan.io/+bug/1779721/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1760404] Re: ieee-data no longer updates OUI data
Hi Luciano, Thanks for taking the time to look at this. I'm afraid I do not quite follow your reasoning. If I install the package today I receive the list of OUI's as they are assigned by the IEEE as of today. Fast forward a couple of years from now I will start to see devices in my network with OUI's which are unlisted according to the files on my local system, but were in fact assigned by IEEE in the meantime. I agree that the files do not need to be updated frequently, but currently they are _never_ updated, which makes them unreliable. Re: [Bug 1767857] Re: Kernel 4.4.0-122 Breaks qemu-system-x86
Christian are you testing this on real hardware or on 32bit VMs? Regression is isolated to just kernel. Same machine, if only kernel is downgraded works just fine. [Bug 1785498] Re: g_atomic_ref_count_dec: assertion 'g_atomic_int_get (arc) > 0' failed
Thanks. This was in fact already fixed upstream: https://github.com/ximion/appstream/commit/05ac8b0a8630680b27bcf79d3f41274a21d60acf and is going to be in cosmic imminently. By the way, it's not recommended to run -proposed of the development release. I really suggest you stop doing that. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1785498 Title: g_atomic_ref_count_dec: assertion 'g_atomic_int_get (arc) > 0' failed To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/appstream/+bug/1785498/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
