the bug reported as the duplicate of this one has been marked as
'fixed', but suspsend still doesn't work on the HP Envy 15. so I guess
it's not really a duplicate issue then.

as said earlier, suspend worked in Ubuntu 10.04 - it's really annoying
that functionality is lost with an upgrade.

how can I mark this bug as not a duplicate of #644223 ?

than Firefox - when I have Firefox set as my Preferred Browser.

Surely Update Manager should look at my preferences.

[Bug 524712] Re: missing lb_LU locale

2011-01-28 Thread Martin Pitt
Thanks! It builds fine for me, I committed it to the packaging bzr for
now, but didn't upload yet.

At least the time/date names look reasonable to me; I assume that
"Januar", "Februar" etc. are not just copy&paste errors from the
original German locale, but actually correct in your language?

$ LC_ALL=lb_LU.utf8 locale -c LC_TIME
LC_TIME
So;Mé;Dë;Më;Do;Fr;Sa
Sonndeg;Méindeg;Dënschdeg;Mëttwoch;Donneschdeg;Freideg;Samschdeg
Jan;Feb;Mäe;Abr;Mee;Jun;Jul;Aug;Sep;Okt;Nov;Dez
Januar;Februar;Mäerz;Abrëll;Mee;Juni;Juli;August;September;Oktober;November;Dezember

Can you please also submit that to upstream at
http://sources.redhat.com/bugzilla/enter_bug.cgi?product=glibc (localedata
component)?

Thanks!

[Bug 709089] [NEW] Upgrade package to 2.0.10

2011-01-28 Thread eteq
Public bug reported:

This is a request to update the pyzmq package to version 2.0.10.
There's already a debian package
(http://packages.qa.debian.org/p/pyzmq.html - on the experimental
branch).

A more recent version of this package is crucial for supporting the in-
development versions of ipython, easing the process of installing.
Further, it's problematic to have zmq itself be version 2.0.10, but the
python bindings are for a much earlier (non-release) version. So
applications that come out before the next version of Ubuntu would
probably be forced to manually install a more up-to-date version to use
pyzmq at all, unless it is upgraded.

** Affects: pyzmq (Ubuntu)

[Bug 709094] [NEW] wrong colors on UPS/battery graphs when dark color theme used

2011-01-28 Thread jpka
Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

Hi!
I get wrong colors in Indicator applet when dark color theme used, in area
where battery graphs are displayed.
Please see attached 'screen.png', where I place Indicator applet's Power
statistics, along with other applications.
To reproduce it exactly, please use Darklooks theme from gnome-themes-extras
package; but other dark (i.e., bright text and dark background) themes can be
used.
As we can see,
1. Axis labels font color is wrong (black, instead of my theme's Text color);
2. Graph area color is wrong (white, instead of my theme's Input boxes bg
color, please see correct examples in picture);
3. Graph grid color is wrong (black, instead of my theme's Text or Windows fg
color).
Ubuntu 11.04.
Thank you.

I was just bitten by this, it's still an issue :-(.

The broken shell script belongs to traceroute, what's it doing in there?

[Bug 682781] Re: empathy buggy list vanish when opened twice using the indicator

2011-01-28 Thread Hernando Torque
The Compiz patch makes the buddy list show up, but I can no longer move
it via dragging the window decoration (using Alt + mouse button 1 works,
though).

[Bug 703476] Re: ubiquity crashed with TypeError in changed(): value is of wrong type for this column

2011-01-28 Thread georgz
Installing natty-desktop-amd64.iso from just right now in
VMware/Virtualbox. Ubiquity installer does not finish, after setting the
timezone and configuring the user it just disappears and installation
does not finish.

Running the installer from the LiveCD session shows the same problem.
Ubiquity crashes and this bug is reported.
