Duncan, what does 'dpkg -S /usr/share/myspell/dicts/en*US* give on your system, and what does 'dpkg -l hunspell-en-us' give? This is getting worse with latest kernel 2.6.27-7.12: now I always get Oops on boot of the kernel and even removal of quiet and splash options does not help. Luckily I still had 2.6.27-6 on the system so that I can boot it (without "quiet" though). Hi Jean-Babtiste, I still get warnings after package upgrades are installed that msttcorefonts upgrade failed. Maybe that has something to do "un-orthodox" set-up I have. The following box appears when trying to send an email for the first time after opening Evolution: "Please enter the SMTP password for [EMAIL PROTECTED] on host smtp.gmail.com" Then there is an option to check a box that says: "Remember this password for the remainder of the session." If I check that box, Evolution will remember the password for future sent emails until I exit and relaunch Evolution then it doesn't remember it. All inbound emails remembers the password and under Evolutions editor account, I have selected "remember password" under the Sending Email tab, yet it doesn't remember.
