Hey Jan I would be interested to learn stuff about packaging, but maybe
as I have learnt any sufficient deal off matter about it to also being a
tutor, while I have had some experience in teaching informatics, while I
used to study for an informatics teacher some time ago.

But then I first need to learn packaging myselve also, so count me in as
a pupil for now ;)

[Ubuntu-be] Mechelen fair

2007-12-09 Thread Mark Van den Borre
Hi all,

We (Pieter Verledens, Annelies Bollen and I) organised an
ubuntu-be.org fair booth yesterday at the Dipro Micro Mega fair in
Mechelen yesterday. Too busy for pics. Rather fun. Some highlights:
* made a contact with a school sysadmin who would like to convert
* went talking to all shop owners; more and more interested; gave all
of them a copy of Ubuntu 7.10
* helped a shop owner install ubuntu on a second hand machine that was
sold half an hour later
