[Ubuntu-be] Mechelen fair
Hi all, We (Pieter Verledens, Annelies Bollen and I) organised an ubuntu-be.org fair booth yesterday at the Dipro Micro Mega fair in Mechelen yesterday. Too busy for pics. Rather fun. Some highlights: * made a contact with a school sysadmin who would like to convert * went talking to all shop owners; more and more interested; gave all of them a copy of Ubuntu 7.10 * helped a shop owner install ubuntu on a second hand machine that was sold half an hour later Mark -- Mark Van den Borre Noormannenstraat 113 3000 Leuven, België +32 486 961726 -- ubuntu-be mailing list / mailto:ubuntu-be@lists.ubuntu.com You can find list info and your subscription configuration options at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-be
