কমান্ড লাইনে গিয়ে নিচের তিনটা কমান্ড দিন একে একে।
পারলে কপিপেস্ট ও করতে পারেন।

cd /etc/grub.d/
sudo chmod +x 30_os-prober
sudo update-grub

কমান্ড তিনটা ব্যাখ্যা পাবেন এই সাইটে।

কমান্ড লাইন শেখার আসলে কোন দরকার নেই।
যেটা দরকার তা হল, কমান্ডলাইনকে অযথা ভয় না পাওয়া। শুধু শুধু ভয় পেয়ে
যাওয়াটাই সমস্যা।

আমার এক জুনিয়রকে একবার কারমিক ইন্সটল করে দেই। সে কম্পিউটার সম্পর্কে
একেবারেই অজ্ঞ। তাকে বলি এটার নাম লিনাক্স, কারমিক কোয়ালা। আর বলে দেই,
ভুলেও যাতে কাউকে না বলে যে তার কম্পিউটারে লিনাক্স আছে। এটা বলেছিলাম এই
জন্যে যে সে যাকেই বলবে লিনাক্সের কথা। সে তাকে লিনাক্সের সাথে একটা শব্দ
"কঠিন" জুড়ে দিয়ে বলবে "লিনাক্স কঠিন"
তখন সে ভয় পেয়ে যাবে। এতদিন যা সহজ ছিল, তা হয়ে উঠবে সবচেয়ে কঠিন।
দেখা যাবে ভয়ের চোটে কোন বাটনেই ক্লিক করবে না।
ভাগ্য ভাল সে কাউকে এসব বলে নি। ফলাফল হল এই সে এখন নিজেই কমান্ড লাইনে
হার্ডডিস্ক মাউন্ট, fsck এর মত কমান্ড চালাতে পারে।
সে কখনও শুনেনি "কমান্ড লাইন কঠিন", আমি তাকে বলিনি।  সে বোঝে টার্মিনাল
হল একটা সফটওয়্যার। এখানে লেখা যায়। কেউ তাকে বলেনি "লিনাক্স কঠিন",
কারণ আমি তাকে লিনাক্স ব্যাপারটাই শেয়ার করতে নিষেধ করেছি। তার কাজিন
কম্পিউটার ইঞ্জিনিয়ার।  সে উশখুশ করছিল তার কাজিনকে বলার জন্য। অনেকদিন
পরে যখন সে তার কাজিনকে বলে দেয় যে সে লিনাক্স ইউজ করছে, তখন তো তার
কাজিন আরো অবাক। সে আরও উল্টো বলল, লিনাক্স তো অনেক কঠিন, আমাকে একটু
দেখিয়ে দিও তো।

"কঠিন" শব্দটা জুড়ে না দেয়ার কারণেই এটা ঘটেছে।

একটা সময় যেমন প্রচলিত ছিল (এখনও আছে) লিনাক্স কঠিন।
সেরকম আরেকটা জিনিষও প্রচলিত আছে। তা হল, কমান্ডলাইন কঠিন।
"লিনাক্স কঠিন"কে আমরা না করছি। কিন্তু "কমান্ডলাইন কঠিন" কে আমরা না
করছি না। এর কারণ আমরা নিজেরাই মনে করছি "কমান্ড লাইন কঠিন"।

কমান্ড শেখার জন্য http://tinyurl.com/LinuxBasic দেখতে পারেন। না এখানে
তেমন কিছু নেই। কিন্তু যে টিপসটা আছে সেটা মনে রাখলে আর কিছু নিয়ে ভাবতে
হবে না।
ব্যাসিক কমান্ডলাইন অপারেশনের জন্য কমান্ডলাইনে man bash দিয়ে দেখতে
পারেন। কিছু ব্যাসিক ব্যাপার জানতে পারবেন।
এটা ছাড়া অনেকের ব্লগেই নতুন ব্যাবহারকারীদের জন্য লিনাক্স কমান্ডের
টিউটোরিয়াল আছে। গুগল সার্চ করলেও পাবেন এক গাদা।

plzz help me out i have window xp as primary os
and ubuntu is installed within it
now recently i installed win 7
and now my cllg have directed to install fedora 13 for administrative
purpose since some files in ubuntu is scatered in some other places
but i dont want to uninstall ubuntu so can i install fedora with out
removing ubuntu.. or it is not possible to install to linux os in one
system/
plzz do not ignore since this is of track...

Any linux system can be installed as long as you provide a root (/)
partition and a swp partition.
Any linux system can be booted after installation as long as grub is
installed in MBR and a menu entry is created for the target linux
system

Dear just d way u like

It's a mailing list and please don't use phrases as name.

For your information, It's possible to have as much OS's installed in your
system as you want, in different partitions of your system's HDD.

But in your case as if I am not wrong, You want to install Fedora13 inside

free space on any partition of your hard disk and have a fresh installation
of Fedora13 on that. You will have all of your existing OS's listed on the
boot loader.

[Ubuntu-BD] corrupted Ubuntu installation

Yesterday I messed with my graphics drivers in Ubuntu 10. When I restarted the 
PC, it briefly showed the Ubuntu loading screen and then went black. And then 
it is stuck. I'd like to restore my graphics settings without having to 
reinstall everything. How can I do that?

speed without installing that system to your computer. virtualboz creates a
virtual harddrive and uses system resources to virtually create a guest
computer environment which then hosts an operating system. আসল কাহিনী হইলো
আপনি এইটা দিয়া  ফেডোরার .iso লোড করে সেটা নরমাল কম্পিউটার এর মত চালাতে
পারবেন,
