I think u dont understend the prob. We want to loc' xfce but launchpad not leting us use there translation system. [Ubuntu-BD] উবুন্টুর প র রেডহ্যাট ইনস্ টলের পর বুট লোডা র উধাও

So far it worked fine. Currently we are running Pootle server [1] on test basis, in long run which will be used for remote members. We will host important + popular projects timely. It will be better, if someone co-ordinate a small team for specific l10n project.
