[Ubuntu-BD] How to install tar.bz2 file in UBUNTU?

I have just downloaded the Firefox 3.5 for my Ubuntu 9.04. It's a tar.bz2
file and I have no idea how to install this tar.bz2 file in Ubuntu. Can
anyone help, please???

Just double click it. You will get a folder. Inside it, find the
firefox file. Double click it to run.
