hello jjba23: may I suggest another option if this submission didn't go well:
try codeberg.org or any other self-hosted forgejo instance! they're free
software friendly and they have a feature to allow you to seamlessly migrate
from github, including wikis, issues, pull requests etc. on your old github
repo; and they're "somewhat compatible" with github actions.
