Hi,

After several of round of discussions tracked here:
https://issues.guix.gnu.org/74736 we end up with the name GCD instead of RFC.

Therefore, would it possible to replace/rename the repository to 

guix-consensus-documents.git

?  Still under guix/ directory.  Sorry for the extra work.
