Follow-up Comment #2, sr #111098 (group administration):

Indeed, we've set nano's bug tracker to require the user to make an account,
because in most cases we need extra information from the reporter, and that
doesn't work with anonymous reports.

But, as Iniev mentioned, you can also send an email with the report to
nano-devel -- no need to subscribe (but mention it when you're not subscribed
so that I can CC you on replies).  (When not subscribed, the email will be
held several hours for moderation.)
