not getting new account confirmation email

Hello Savannah Hackers,

I registered an account yesterday, robmusial, the email is
robmus...@gnu.org. I am not getting a confirmation email for it. I have
checked that the email address works. Any help would be appreciated!

My email is nova...@novalis.org.  When I try to use the "forgot password" link
on savannah.gnu.org with that email, I get "Error: Invalid User: This account
does not exist".  When I instead try to register a new account with that
email, I get "Error: An account associated with that email address has already
been created."

Can you please reset my password and/or fix this bug?

I am having trouble creating my account. My username is "lexspoon", and the
email I put is l*x@l*xsp**n.org (with the *s being replaced by the appropriate
letter from my username). I am trying to create an account in order to submit
some patches to Bison, one of them rather large.

I've clicked many times to resend my confirmation email.

I've checked my spam folder, and there's nothing there.

It's possible I misspelled my email address when I signed up. Could someone
double check that it looks correct?

I use Gmail as a reader, and my vanity email address gets forwarded by Domain
Monger via their email forwarder.

If nothing else will work, is there a way for an admin to send me a
confirmation email in a more manual way, or in the worst case, to manually
email me and then let me email you back manually?

I'll mention one more thing in case it is related. I had it in the back of my
head that I had already signed up on Savannah in the past, many years ago.
Maybe I am mistaken  However, I mention it in case inactive accounts get
deleted, because in that case, it seems possible that I have a half-deleted
account that is still partially present in the system in some way.
