I think it is very likely the same problem.  Give me a couple of hours
to get a chance to work on it.  I haven't had a chance to go through
all of the projects and verify that their update hooks are properly
installed.  But that task item is still on my todo-first note of tasks
right here beside my keyboard! :-)
