Yes indeed on my Manjaro 18.0.4 there is (was) an actual rsh command installed
that is not a link to ssh. It must have been installed as part of some other
package as there is no package installed named rsh. I manually replaced the
/usr/bin/rsh binary by a link to /usr/bin/ssh.

Details:

I have sent a request for inclusion, but there is no project administrator and
it is not apparent, that somebody else will receive the request.

I created both projects:
https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/frs/
https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/esp/
both projects are currently discontinued and have no members.

Therefore I request inclusion as project administrator.
