More precisely, the server expands the value, but it is not RFC 1123
compliant, so w3m (which is apparently more picky) does not recognize it, but
iceweasel does.

Can the server be configured that way, please?  (It is possible to configure
every page, according to:

http://httpd.apache.org/docs/1.3/howto/ssi.html#whenwasthisdocumentmodified

but probably it's better to do that on the server.)  Actually, i would be most
happy if the server didn't bother doing any SSI processing at all and simply
used the file's mtime to compute a proper (RFC 1123) Last-Modified header. 
That saves cycles, too.

Sorry, but I cannot follow what you did and where you are now.  Please try the
ssh -vvv again, as we did before.  I suspect it will report the same problem,
namely
no such identity: /home/sakirasci/.ssh/id_rsa.  

What I suggest doing is running ssh-keygen again and accept all the defaults. 
Yes, the filenames must be exactly id_rsa (secret key) and id_rsa.pub (public
key).  It is the contents of id_rsa.pub that should be uploaded to savannah as
an SSH key.

Also, the ~/.ssh directory should be mode 700, and id_rsa should be 600.  ssh
may or may not refuse to read them otherwise.

There is a tons of cvs locks on dolibarr project.
For example in module dolibarr on files into directory accountancy, adherents
