Re: [Savannah-help-public] Receiving spam through Savannah e-mail address

2008-12-28 Thread Sylvain Beucler
Hi,

Adresses like x...@savannah.gnu.org aren't officially supported, nor
documented. From what I understand this is an artifact of the mail
configuration at gnu.org, and only work if you have a matching account
or alias at fencepost.gnu.org - that is, if you already have
x...@gnu.org. x...@savannah.gnu.org really shouldn't work.

You may want to contact sysad...@gnu.org if you want to make changes
to x...@gnu.org, but I think you'd better implement the filter
yourself.

We'd better discuss this on the mailing list thread, hadn't we?

Forgot to mention, "svn co svn://svn.sv.gnu.org/grub/trunk/modulename"
is the correct link.

And, meant to only suggest providing the actual module names instead of
"modulename" on the website as well.

(I probably should denote Grub/Grub2 w/i the subject, or is this mailing
list specific to Grub/Grub2?)

[Savannah-help-public] [sr #106589] Savannah Use SVN Documentation

2008-12-28 Thread Roger

Follow-up Comment #3, sr #106589 (project administration):

First off, the svn links are incorrectly stated on:
https://savannah.gnu.org/svn/?group=grub

I don't know what others opinions are on my second note concerning posting
the two actual module names instead of just "modulename". Without stating the
actual name, the user/dev has to go through the additional step of browsing
SVN online.

What should be shown on https://savannah.gnu.org/svn/?group=grub:

svn co svn://svn.sv.gnu.org/grub/trunk/grub
svn co svn://svn.sv.gnu.org/grub/trunk/grub2
