Details:

While logged in, if I click on the "My Account Conf" page and attempt to
change my email address, I receive the following error:

Notice: Undefined index: sys_domain_domain in
/var/www/savane/frontend/php/my/admin/change.php on line 247

The severity of this should be lowered.

I did receive an email notification confirming the change of email address.
The error is just spurious output.
