BTW, I've more-or-less finished the Differential Calculus and Sage book:

Before they would consider publishing it, JHUP required that the
older "pure Granville+Sage examples" version be rewritten and
changed to make the terminology and examples more relevant to
today's students, a sore disappointment to the versine lovers:-).
Anyway, it is GFDL'd and the source is at

I don't have a contract yet with JHUP, but am keeping my fingers crossed
that, modulo the preface this is more-or-less the final version.
Anyway, feel free to advertise at the MathFest!
