pgs4a fails to build

[aws Al-Aisafa]

Hi everyone. So I have this problem with building with pgs4a.
when I try to build I always end with this error:

/home/aws/Desktop/pgs4a-0.9.6/android-sdk/tools/ant/build.xml:483: SDK does not 
have any Build Tools installed.

could you please help me? Thank you in advance.
