hg.python.org: Server unresponsive and timeout

This post is irrelevant from using Python; so it's an Internet server problem.

When you try to connect to hg.python.org, the connection takes forever.

How to fix this server issue?

When you try to log in to Python bug tracker using your account
(taewong.seo), a message says that “you don't have permission to
login”.

The acute accent (´) is a special apostrophe if the user has no
experience or can't type in the apostrophe (or the grave accent: `).
You don't use Python but you aren't subscribed to this list (so
non-subscribers can post).

Example of special quotes: `xxx´

The Python issue tracker administrators needs to be contacted to grant
permission to login to your Python issue tracker account
(taewong.seo).

The sixth line is the start of the list.

Add all names of committers according to codeaccess.txt of the
wesnoth-contribcommunity project.
