[PyMOL] Urgent Help

2018-07-02 Thread ADARSH BALA
 Dear Pymol users,
I have 8 proteins and superposed these proteins to see the similarity in
the binding ligand using pymol (By aligning), but I want to present these
multiple proteins one by one. Can I show superposed multiple ligands one by
one by clicking and all the proteins in one screen?
I want all the 8 proteins aligned together to be seen one by one by
clicking or making a movie. Is it possible? if yes please help.

Thanks
A

[PyMOL] urgent Help

2018-07-16 Thread ADARSH BALA
Dear all
While aligning proteins in pymol, I want to zoom in the superimposed
ligands only. How can I only select ligands in the pymol so that I could
zoom those and take a screenshot?

Thanks in anticipation
