difficulty converting spreadsheet convertion

2010-06-14 Thread Tom Chung
Good morning, Madam/Sir.

I'm trying to convert a spreadsheet of data into PSPP. Only some of
the variables are converted, depending on which delimited format it
was save as. Sometimes not all of the cases are there. When space
delimited is used, all of the data are squeezed in Variable 1.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Sincerely,

Tom

If you post a small example of the delimited data file which you are
trying to read. It will make it easier for people to help you.

Hello Tom,

Could you please send the delimited file that you've created? I think
would be easier

to the list to help you out with this.

Regards,

Michel

Thanks, Michel.

Data entry is not yet finished. Due to privicy concern, it is not
appropriate for me to email it out. Your advice about the procedures
to convert the spreadsheet would be good enough and much appreciated.
